Welcome to Chalet Chefs, my name is Jamie, and I provide catering services built to your needs: breakfasts, afternoon teas, evening meals and childrens food. You can choose as many or as few services as you want, and put together a package to fit your group.
Also available is my Food delivery service, where I prepare and cook fresh meals every day, and deliver them to your chalet ready for you to heat and enjoy whenever you are ready.

Chalet Chefs is a custom built and entirely flexible service, build up your week to suit everyone in your group and have as much or as little as you want.
Once we have put together the menu that suits you, I will take care of the rest: shopping, preparing, serving, and clearing up afterwards.
More than just meals on wheels though, I have always worked as a host as well as chef, and take huge pride in the levels of customer service and attention to detail I offer, so any questions about the resort or ski area you have during the week, I can offer my expertise and advice.
You also have the freedom of adding catering to any chalet in the area, so you can find the perfect chalet for your group, and then build the catering up on top of that as you like.
With Food Deliveries, you can enjoy restaurant quality food, at a value price, without having to leave the chalet. I will prepare meals personally and deliver them to you daily. You then simply pop them in the oven in your own time, and relax.

A little about me...
Starting off as a chalet boy on a gap year in Les Arcs in 2003, I've been a private chef for 8 years now. Although based mainly in the Alps, I also work in villas, private households and holiday homes. From Canada to Devon, Val D'Isere to the Algarve, St Tropez to St Gervais.
My style of food is uncomplicated and unfussy, I believe in using high quality ingredients to build meals around complementary flavours. I've been lucky enough to work with numerous different chefs and in numerous different kitchens and settings, so have built up a very large base of experience and recipes to suit every occasion. I am also very aware of nutrition and health, and the effects diet have on your body. I always try to buy local organic produce where I can, and use healthy methods and ingredients as often as I can. (But there's no way to pretend that banoffe pie is healthy!!!)
